Basement is on lower lever and includes washing machine , clothes dryer , clothes rack & ironing board with iron. There is also drive in parking into the basement , however this must be reserved at time of booking .
There is a communial barbeque area as well as lots of space for football !! this is a south facing garden so there´s plenty of sunshine!
This townhouse is ideal for all year rental , as Winter in the Algarve is perfect for golfing and summer: lots of sun.
