Term and Conditions:
Minimum stay: 4 days.
Stays exceeding 21 days subject to discount.
50% deposit payable to secure booking.
Balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival
will require a 100% deposit to secure booking.
Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date a full refund minus banking costs will be made into your account as supplied to us on the booking form.
If a cancellation is made 2 weeks in advance you will forfeit the deposit, if no alternative booking can be secured.
If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to confirmed arrival date you will forfeit the full booking fee if no alternative booking can be secured.
We support a smoke-free environment; no smoking is
allowed in the house.
Although we love them, no pets are permitted.
Security/Breakages Deposit R1000 payable with balance of payment, refundable within 7 days of departure.
