The service we provide ensures that you 'cut out the middle-man' and save yourself unnecessary booking fees. ScottJames Property does not charge you for using the site or making a booking. There are no commissions paid on holiday accommodation bookings by either the holiday-maker or the holiday property owner. In addition, ScottJames Holidays provides a one-stop-shop for that perfect holiday or vacation. By making payment and providing property information for a listing on ScottJames Holidays, the advertiser confirms that s/he owns the copyright of all the supplied photographs and text or has been authorised by the owner of the copyright to grant ScottJames Holidays permission to use the material as contemplated below. The advertiser grants ScottJames Holidays a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the material for promotional purposes (including marketing and public relations material). The advertiser irrevocably and unconditionally indemnifies ScottJames Holidays immediately on demand against any cost, loss or liability (including legal costs), which ScottJames Holidays may incur by reason of any breach of copyright arising from its use of the material. Accuracy of property listing: ScottJames Holidays makes no representation as to the accuracy or currency of the information contained within the property listings on the ScottJames Holidays website. The property details content is the sole responsibility of the owner or agent of the property displayed. ScottJames Holidays has not confirmed the currency or accuracy thereof and accordingly holidaymakers are strongly recommended to make their own investigations into the authenticity of any information supplied. ScottJames Holidays are in no way liable for any inaccuracies or misleading statements made in the information provided by the owner or agent of properties on the website. Multiple properties listings: A property advertisement on ScottJames Holidays pertains to one holiday property only. Only one property can be added to a listing unless prior permission has been given to the advertiser by ScottJames Holidays. Removal of property listings: If ScottJames Holidays receives substantiated complaints about a property listing on our site misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the listing immediately, The advertiser is not eligible for refund. If advertisers wish to have their property listing removed from the web site before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the advertiser by email or using the 'contact us' page. No refunds will be given. Changes to pricing and conditions: ScottJames Holidays reserves the right to amend conditions and price. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for all new adverts and renewals for both new and existing customers. Payment: When a new property listing is requested payment should be sent by cheque to ScottJames Holidays, 33 Holme Lacey Road, London, SE12 0HP. (Cheques should be made payable to ScottJames Property). Alternatively, online card payment can be arranged. On receipt of payment by cheque or via an online transaction, we will endeavour to create the listing within 5 working days of receipt. However, should any payment be returned unpaid by the bank, the listing will be terminated immediately. ScottJames Holidays reserves the right to cancel any advertising listing, without refund, should any terms and conditions of use be abused. |
