Converted from an 18th century stone barn, Kingfisher Cottage is a luxury three-bedroom self catering holiday cottage in an idyllic rural valley near the picturesque village of Sherford with its thatched cottages and 14th century church and a short drive from the ancient market town of Kingsbridge in South Devon. Built in the secluded Valley Springs, and with its own spring water supply, it overlooks beautiful gardens and a naturally spring-fed pond that is home to ducks, koi carp, and a white dove. The valley is surrounded by farmland and the gently rolling countryside of the South Hams. It offers a perfect haven for relaxation, coupled with privacy, peace and tranquillity.

Nestled in the beautiful unspoilt countryside of the South Hams, Kingfisher Cottage is an attractive stone-built 18th century barn. Thoughtfully restored, and retaining many original features, it is now available for use as a self catering holiday cottage, sleeping 6 / 7 guest (plus cot).
The property is furnished to a high standard and offers a spacious living room with a log burning stove. It is equipped with a digital television, DVD player, video recorder and hi-fi, as well as a well-stocked bookshelf with a range of books, DVDs, videos, board games and jigsaw puzzles for your enjoyment.
