Esentepe is an idyllic setting for a Northern Cyprus holiday as it offers fantastic beaches, a new 18 hole golf course, spectacular pine tree forests all within easy reach of Kyrenia city center and major airports. The accommodation comprises 4 double bedrooms, 3 with king-size beds and 1 twin room. The master and downstairs bedrooms are both en-suite. All 4 bedrooms have terrace or balcony access and are equipped with Siemens remote controlled split air conditioning / heating units. Both the downstairs and upstairs master bedrooms offer spectacular sea views beyond the swimming pool. A superior rental property offering views of the Besparmak mountain range to the front of the villa with commanding views of the Mediterranean Sea from the rear.
The downstairs of Esentepe Seaside Villa is open plan bringing in volumes of natural light for an airy relaxed atmosphere. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen in stainless steel (American style side-by-side fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 5 burner "WOK" style hob, oven, and built-in microwave. There is an adjoining utility room to the kitchen with clothes washer, clothes dryer, ironing board, and steam iron. The dining area is generously sized with bay window and seating for 8. The lounge offers a wood burning fireplace with glass door insert and thermostatically controlled blower system. Entertainment in the lounge includes a Widescreen TV with built-in DVD player & satellite TV receiver, a Teac™ Reference Hi-Fi system with Tuner, 7 disc CD changer and B&W™ speakers. The villa is also equipped with high speed wireless internet service and wireless Wi-Fi router and upstairs access point providing a robust signal on both floors of the villa and surrounding garden and pool areas. Bring your Wi-Fi enabled laptop during your villa rental and stay connected on your holiday.
The lounge is large enough for the whole family fitted with a 2 seater sofa, 3 seater sofa, soft captain chair, large coffee table and reading lamps. The lounge bay window affords unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and the coast of North Cyrpus. Teak dining table with seating for 6 can be located on either the rear terrace or beneath the pergola for al fresco dining - the preferred location of most rental clients of our villa! While the villa is self catering, we can arrange mid-stay cleans at your election so please enquire for details if more relaxation is desired during your holiday.
The swimming pool at Esentepe Seaside Villa is child friendly with complete perimeter fencing and fitted with dial pad locks for added holiday safety. While children should always be supervised outdoors, the swimming pool perimeter fencing does provide added peace of mind that a firm physical barrier is in place to prevent accidental entry. A WaterMaid™ chlorination system maintains precise chlorine levels and is less irritating to the eyes and skin. Few are found in North Cyprus but Esentepe Seaside Villa offers a HeatSiphon™ electric heat pump to keep the pool at comfortable swimming temperature year round. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your preference during your holiday villa rental.
Esentepe Seaside Villa is further equipped with a full size 50 KVA diesel generator on automatic transfer panel to ensure your Northern Cyprus holiday goes uninterrupted due to power failure. A commercial grade water softener at the outside of the villa reduces the harsh "feel" of the local water supply and reduces annoying limescale deposits on taps, tanks, and shower heads. A 5 stage reverse osmosis water filtration system is installed beneath the kitchen sink with an easy to use dispenser tap for dining and consumption. The ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge/freezer is also connected to the reverse osmosis unit for your peace of mind.
Esentepe Seaside Villa offers covered parking with infra-red lighting for night-time arrivals as well as a very large lighted pergola by the swimming pool. The children can enjoy a custom built climbing frame with ladder, climbing bars, and 2 swings situated in planted grass for barefoot comfort. A sandpit adjoins the climbing frame and both are external to the fenced swimming pool perimeter for safety.
For security of family passports, airline tickets, jewelry and other valuables during holiday, the villa also includes an Italian manufactured JUWEL wall safe with key-less digital code entry. Set a personal security code known only by you. More details can be found in the Specifications.

A fully refundable breakages/security deposit of 200 GBP is also required.
A welcome pack comprising bread, butter, sugar, coffee, tea, milk, eggs, bottle of wine or 6 beers is included free of charge. Additional items can be organized, but reimbursement of receipted items is due to local management representatives upon arrival to the villa.
While the villa is self catering, we can arrange mid-stay cleans at your election if more relaxation is desired during your holiday - please mention your requirements in the enquiry.
An enquiry or an expression of interest does not merit a confirmed reservation. In fairness to our clients, the villa is taken off the market only when the appropriate deposit is received.
