Newly restored self-catering holiday home on 12 acre farm on the scenic Ring of Beara, West Cork. Shorefront property on pebble strand with excellent views of Ardgroom Harbour, Kenmare Bay and the Caha Mountains. 1/4 mile to sandy beach. Fresh Water and Sea Fishing available locally. Golfing, Deep Sea Fishing, Sightseeing Cruises, and Dive & Sailing Centers in 10-20 mile range. Archaeological sites. There is also a booklet in the Cottage that contains additional information.
Open plan living room/kitchen. Sitting room with pullout couch. One open sleeping loft over living room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. Second open sleeping loft over sitting room with double bed. Sleeps up to 6. Child safety gate available. Cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Electric Coffee Maker, Electric Kettle, Washer and Dryer. Central heat and open fireplace. Shower. Drying Rack, Clothes Line and Iron available.
Cottage is 2 miles from Ardgroom Village which has a Cafe - with internet, a Pub, Restaurant (Summer) and Shopping.
Golf course in Castletownbere about 10 miles away, and in Kenmare about 20 miles away. Kenmare also has many restaurants. Castletownbere also has some restaurants and is a large fishing port.
Rates Per Week: Low Season From €300. High Season From €550. Also, at certain times we have special offers at lower rates. Short breaks available with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Final cleaning and washing of towels and bed linen included in the rent. Electricity & oil are extra based on usage - normally in the 20 to 30 Euro range per week.
Booking deposit is 30% of rental. We will hold your reservation for 7 days pending receipt of deposit. Balance of payment is due 2 months prior your stay. Rental period is Saturday to Saturday, but we may be able to arrange other days. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am, but we may be able to arrange other times.
