Our luxurious villas are all down a country road near Açoteias Village, conveniently located near a variety of popular beach resorts. The villas all in their own private gardens are just behind the beautiful Falesia Beach, about 1km from the unspoilt coastline. Vilamoura is to the east and Albufeira to the west. The local landscape consists of many mature trees with mostly residential properties, with some fruit farming in the large areas of open landscapes to the east.
A few minutes walk, or drive, are the facilities in the adjacent village of Açoteias (ah-zoo-tay-ush), with a good selection of supermarkets(3), shops, banks/ATM´s(3), café bars and restaurants, many specialising in fresh fish & seafood. The luxurious Sheraton Hotel and Pine Cliffs Country Club is only a few hundred metres away.
The Villas face easterly towards Vilamoura, about 5 km away, just a good walk or short cycle along the nearby beach access road. A large variety of sporting or more relaxing activities, along with four premier golf courses in Vilamoura complete this as a perfect base from which to explore, there is something nearby for every member of the family.
DISTANCES: Falesia beach 10 mins walk. 10 min drive to Albufeira, Montechoro or Vilamoura Marina. Olhos d´Agua 5 minute drive
AIRPORT: 25 minutes from Faro Airport on EN125 or IP1.
CAR HIRE: Recommended, but this is not absolutely necessary as we are situated within a few hundred metres of the taxi and bus services. However, if required we can have car hire arranged for your arrival at Faro airport or the villa. Car & Bicycle hire is also available in the village.

- GOLF: Being located in the central Algarve, so close to Vilamoura and the Sheraton Hotel, there are many Courses to choose from.
- EXCURSIONS: Nearby activities include a variety of Water Parks, Go-karting,Horse riding,Tennis, Krazyworld, Zoomarine, Sailing/Boating trips, Deep sea fishing, Scuba Diving & Snorkeling.
